With nearly 30 years of experience in advocacy, Minda founded The Co-Caring Initiative to train people in mindfully making an impact through highly effective collaboration and partnership, after working with thousands of people and organizations for health and humanitarian efforts such as NYC Health + Hospitals to improve patient safety and the U.S. State Department to coordinate support during the Afghan refugee crisis.
